Consent to use Contact Details, Photography and Videography

• I, the undersigned, understand that by registering for this event, I hereby grant Standard Chartered Nairobi Marathon and Tatu City permission to contact me and/or photograph, record, and use my image, likeness, voice, and other personal attributes for the purpose of marketing, promotional materials, and advertising activities associated with Standard Chartered Nairobi Marathon Warm Up Race 1 on our websites, social media channels and digital communications materials, including advertising material and printed publications.
• I understand that Standard Chartered Nairobi Marathon and Tatu City will keep the Images in accordance with the Data Protection Act. The Images will be archived after six years and stored securely with limited access to be used for reporting purposes.
• I have read and understood the terms of this consent form, and I hereby agree to all of its provisions. I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to grant this consent. Parents or guardians must provide consent for minors (under 18 years of age).
